1.What is hot dip galvanizing steel coil

Hot dip galvanizing is the reaction of molten metal with iron matrix to produce alloy layer, so that the matrix and the coating are combined. Hot dip galvanizing is the first steel parts for pickling, in order to remove iron oxide on the surface of steel parts, after pickling, through ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or ammonium chloride and zinc chloride mixed aqueous solution tank for cleaning, and then into the hot dip plating tank. 


2.Advantages of hot dip galvanized steel coil
1) The entire steel surface is protected by a layer of galvanized layer. The zinc layer is consumed very slowly in the atmosphere, about 1/17 to 1/18 of the corrosion rate of steel. This makes it itself very corrosion-resistant.
2)The high hardness of the galvanized layer can resist impact and wear.Even if the zinc layer falls off, the surrounding zinc layer can act as a sacrificial anode to protect the steel from erosion.
